We try to keep everything on this site correct and current. Even so, something may be out of date or simply wrong. You can't derive any rights from the content of this site.

Spotted a mistake? Email hi@vyniq.eu — we'll fix it. That's faster than a legal route and it helps the next visitor.

About our services

Our tools and services are provided as they are. We don't promise uninterrupted availability or flawless operation. We host everything ourselves and keep it running, but outages exist.

While a service is free, there's no service level and no warranty. Once a paid service arrives, the arrangements will be in that service's terms — including what you may expect from us and what happens if we don't deliver.

Liability

JGHP BV is not liable for damage arising from the use of this site or our free services, or from them being temporarily unavailable.

This limitation does not apply in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part, nor in so far as the law imposes liability mandatorily. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights remain fully in force — a disclaimer can't take those away.

Links to others

This site links to our own projects and sometimes to other people's sites. Those other sites are not ours: we have no control over them and aren't responsible for what's there or what happens there.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logo and code of this site belong to JGHP BV. You may quote with attribution and a link; you may not use the logo or the name Vyniq in a way that suggests we're involved in something.

Want to reuse something and you're not sure? Just ask. The answer is usually yes.

Governing law

Dutch law applies to this site and our services. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you're a consumer, you may also go to the court where you live — that's your right and we won't stand in the way.
